Chris Martin, CEO

Chris has an entrepreneurial spirit that is driven by the desire to make the world more efficient. FinOps Oversight is his latest project with the goal of bringing optimization to public cloud resources. Having built and led a successful technology resale business earlier in his career, he started fresh in 2015 and quickly established ProcureIT Network to become one of the fastest-growing companies in the US, according to Inc. 5000. He is an avid race fan and for the past 30+ years has accumulated seat time in karting, SCCA, and Dirt Modified race cars.

Thad Kelsey, Vice President of Client Services

Thad has spent the majority of his career as a successful software sales representative focused on delivering client value and building lasting relationships. His 30 years of experience assisting clients in optimizing their software licensing led to the creation of FinOps Oversight with the goal of bringing the same cost savings to public cloud consumers. He is a husband, as well as a proud father of two teenage children. When he is not attending his son’s baseball games or helping his daughter with her latest film project, he enjoys water skiing or a round of golf.
